My Hens Party Shop

Bought an item online and attempted to pick it up twice. Although I arrived during the listed opening hours, they were closed on both occasions. I was then promised that the item would be sent via express post. One day before the hens party (and a week after the promise was made) we had still not received the item. When I went to the shop a third time to follow up on this, it turned out the item had not been sent at all. Very poor way to run a business
